C-MAC designs and manufactures electronic management systems (EMS) for international clients, with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Your mission
As a Production Line Supervisor, you will manage one or more production lines on a daily basis to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and efficiency. You lead the field team, coordinate priorities, and actively contribute to process improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise the activity of the production line(s): adherence to the schedule, quality standards, and productivity targets.
Manage, motivate, and develop a team of operators (task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching).
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) procedures and 5S best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): yield, scrap, downtime, quality, absenteeism, etc.
Identify the causes of non-conformities/downtimes and implement corrective actions (5 Whys method, etc.) Ishikawa…).
Work collaboratively with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering to resolve problems and optimize workflows.
Train new employees and ensure versatility in key positions.
Participate in audits (internal/client) and contribute to compliance with standards (ISO, internal procedures, etc.).
Report resource, equipment, and training needs to your superiors.
Desired Profile
Proven experience in supervision/leadership in an industrial environment (ideally assembly, electronics, or mass production).
Ability to manage priorities and make quick decisions in the field.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Strong sense of quality, rigor, continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Kaizen is a plus).
Comfortable with KPI tracking and IT tools (ERP/MES, Excel or equivalent).
Skills & Strengths
Knowledge of SOP, 5S, Lean standards, problem-solving.
Schedule management, team organization, conducting briefings.
Experience in a multi-line/multi-product environment is a plus.
