- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Tasks
- Co-ordinate maintenance activities of trade contractors
- Complete and maintain station records, logs and reports
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams
- Analyze and record instrument readings and equipment malfunction
- Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures
- Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair
- Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities
- Operate automated or computerized control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical systems failures
- Manage the operations of electrical power distribution systems, plan and direct the distribution activities of a municipal electrical power establishment
