AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHALLENGES AHEAD:
System Related:
- Support document management (QMS);
- Support internal and external audits;
- Manage internal CAPA and provide support to users;
- Manage the environmental management system (EMS);
- Assist in management reviews;
- Manage SW validation program (ISO 13485);
Operation Related:
- Support to R&D projects;
- Support the Operations team;
- Support the QC team;
- Support the calibration / maintenance process;
- Manage supplier CAPAs (SCARs);
- Support First Article Inspection process;
- Support customers on quality related items;
- Assist in supplier management function;
- Assist in non-conformance handling;
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize quality KPIs;
- Manage and/or guide improvement project within the organization (change agent);
- Analyse data, publish reports, suggest actions.
YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or related field or equivalent experience;
- Experience: Ideally, 3+ years related experience and/or training in quality engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Knowledge: Quality management standard requirements (i.e. ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485), general knowledge of SAP or other MRP system, general knowledge of office application software (Excel, Word, etc.), knowledge of statistical methods and project management;
- Assets: Good knowledge and experience in PCBA manufacturing and design, experience in using various metrology tools; experience working in JIRA environment, knowledge of avionic industry and AMO;
- Profile: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, ability to develop reliability reports such as Gage R&R, Cpk, Ppk, MTBF, FMEA, FPY, Control Plans, etc. Ability to develop work instructions. Ability to develop Quality Plans setting expectations during early stages of customer relationships;
- Languages: French and English (verbal and written). A professional level of English is required to adequately manage discussions with our international customers and suppliers and be able to support argumentation, understand position of counterpart and negotiate acceptable outcome for both parties.
