Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervision of the financial reporting process - Management of the CPA team, including three managers and analysts - Proactive identification of process improvement needs - Monitoring of acquisition and investment performance - Continuous optimization of the end-of-year process months for increased efficiency - Guarantee of compliance with internal accounting controls - Preparation of key financial analyzes in partnership with other teams - Development of the quarterly financial file for the board of directors and the financial institution

Your assets for this position!

• CPA with 3 years in audit and 6-8 years in private practice
• Excellent ability to manage effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
• ERP expertise (Navision, SAP) and consolidation tools (BI Solver)
• In-depth knowledge of ASPE and business combination rules
• Strong leadership and strategic business relationship skills
• Bilingualism: clear written and oral communication (in French and English)
