Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Assemble, review and catalog all financial transactions in accordance with appropriate standards and guidelines - Make adjustments to periodic closing entries - Document provision adjustments in accordance with instructions received - Implement new accounts for customers and suppliers - Carry out account reconciliation - Validate and certify bank reconciliations - Coordinate the sending of customer invoices with the support of the financial analyst - Continue pending payments from customers - Confirm financial summaries with the financial controller and ensure justification of operations - Design and submit financial statements and statutory reports for approval - Organize accounting documentation for internal audit and daily management - Orchestrate preparations for end-of-year audits year - Enter payroll information and control associated documents - Assemble payment files and organize financial transfers - Distribute payments after approval and maintain communication with suppliers - Ensure efficient management and archiving of accounting files 

Your strengths for the position

• Hold a Bachelor's in business administration and /or accounting (CPA designation is an asset)
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience with the complete accounting cycle
• Experience in a multi-currency and entity context (US and Canadian Dollars)
• Knowledge of ADP an asset ( Work Force Now)
• Essential Bilingualism
