Your responsibilities in a few words

Improve business segment visibility through strategic initiatives - Collaborate on FP&A framework implementation, optimizing reporting systems, and refining internal processes - Generate actionable insights to enhance business management effectiveness - Oversee and improve the standard costing process for evaluating customer profitability - Play a crucial role in the finance team, actively contributing to the forecasting process - Conduct thorough monitoring, analysis, and reporting of actuals and variances - Lead the monthly business review for diverse business segments -  Furnish commercial insights based on individual business segment performance - Track and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to gauge financial and operational success - Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and various departments - Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with leaders across business units and functions.

 

Your strengths for this position

  • Bachelor’s in business, administration or finance
  • CPA tittle is an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or analytical functions in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Power Query
  • Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and a functional French is required.
