Your responsibilities in a few words

Prepare project files in the SAP financial tool – Check project documentation for compliance with company policies – Collaborate closely with the Corporate Accounting – Fixed Assets team – Monitor and update budgets projects, verify actual costs and update cost forecasts – Monitor the progress of projects and potential variations in costs and schedules – Prepare progress reports on project costs and results achieved – Update the schedule based on the progress of the work to target gaps – Participate in the identification of risks and document the risk analysis of projects – Provide analyzes on performance trends

Your strengths for this position

  • DEC, AEC, or administrative techniques or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a project cost monitoring role
  • Excellent command of the Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Functional bilingualism
  • Ability to influence teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and best practices
  • Positive approach to change and initiative and innovation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with organization
