Your responsibilities in a few words

Contribute to the development and updating of the budget – Collaborate in the implementation of the financial aspects of the strategic plan – Transmit budget envelopes to the departments concerned – Close participation with business partners to develop annual budgets and short and long term financial forecasts - Monitor all activities of the organization and prepare financial forecasts, monthly KPIs, processes, set up the department from scratch - Develop tools for the implementation of continuous financial forecasts, aimed at a more predictive model to anticipate future performance – Participate in large-scale projects – Optimize the use of the organization's financial resources – Identify operational efficiency opportunities in the budget process and financial forecasts – Collaborate on financial monitoring of the strategic plan and coordinate certain follow-up activities – Contribute with special project teams.

Your strengths for this position

  • CPA designation or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A;
  • In-depth understanding of the budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis process as well as associated systems/tools;
  • Understanding of the project management process as well as associated systems/tools;
  • Functional bilingualism;
  • Ability to build tools (e.g. forecast) and improve ways of doing things;
  • Ability to influence teams to integrate a culture of continuous improvement and best practices;
  • Positive approach to change and skills of initiative and innovation.
