Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Manage bank accounts, including deposits, payments and petty cash management – Manage accounts payable and receivable, including validation, reconciliation and reporting – Analyze weekly transactions based on the age of accounts – Prepare and validate data for payroll, taxes and employment records – Analyze balance sheets and monthly financial reports – Contribute to the preparation of annual balance sheets and reports – Prepare necessary documents for annual external audits – Perform credit inquiries and create accounts payable in the accounting system – Produce tax reports and installment payments – Make accounting entries – Collaborate with senior management to monitor the budget operating conditions ;

Your strengths for the position

  • DEC/AEC, minimum 5 years d 'experience with the cycle of payables, receivables and accounting principles in an SME
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
  • Very good command of SAGE 50 and Excel
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills , in French and English 
  • Sense of initiative, ability to evolve the systems already in place, continuous improvement
