Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analyzes – Prepare and manage budgets, as well as carry out financial projections – Analyze budget variances and performance indicators, in proposing areas for strategic improvement – Supervise the closing of financial years and coordinate the activities of internal auditors – Implement cost calculation methods and effective internal control procedures. – Manage and improve the integrated accounting management system – Allocate financial resources in accordance with policies – Supervise and automate the payroll system, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations – Collaborate with the President on potential acquisitions. 

Your assets for this position!

• CPA or MBA
• 15-20 years of experience, experience in SME
• Construction experience (asset)
• Experience in administrative and human resources management 
• Good knowledge of computers and Excel
• Knowledge of or strong interest in AI
• Bilingualism: The person must have excellent fluency in English and French. (spoken and written)
