Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Define and update the risk universe applicable to the organization - Lead the risk prioritization exercise - Ensure the implementation of mitigation measures for identified risks - Prepare and present reports to the risk management committee and the board of directors - Contribute to the implementation of business continuity and crisis management plans - Assess and mitigate internal and external fraud risks - Implement risk management training - Ensure the sustainability of integrated risk management measures - Establish solid relationships with business sectors and support functions - Monitor good practices and market trends - Plan and direct the work of the vice-presidency - Support and supervise the resources of your team - Carry out strategic projects - Review and monitor the application of risk management policies - Actively participate in the activities of the management committee - Implement the financial governance program - Draft and ensure the application of financial governance frameworks - Coordinate financial governance work - Prepare and present the appropriate reporting

Your assets for this position!

  • Hold a BAC in finance, statistics, economics, financial engineering or equivalent
  • Own more than 15 years of relevant risk management experience 
  • Experience in team supervision and financial governance
  • Strong IT risk skills
  • Bilingualism : Very good command of spoken and written French and functional English
  • Capacity to manage a team and influence decisions
  • Capacity to solve complex problems
  • Good organizational skills and autonomy
