Your responsibilities in a few words!

Integrate internal and external fund transactions – Settle fund transactions (electronic transfers, transfers, checks) – Reconcile the in-trust bank account – Monitor registered accounts – Administer employee investment accounts (group RRSP) – Produce tax statements for mutual funds – Manage the complete operational cycle of clients (quotation, transactions, performance, client reports) – Participate in continuous improvement projects for financial processes

Your assets for the position!

BAC in administration ideally finance option
Back office experience, including operation or administration of funds
Ability in process improvement
Comfortable in an SME environment in growth
Have an interest in learning the tax aspect and alternative products (an asset)
Good capacity for collaboration and attention to detail
Ability to invest with passion in an environment in growth
Bilingualism required
