SCHEDULE: 33.75 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to FRIDAY - 08:30 to 16:30

WORK LOCATION: Administration Buildings, parks and public spaces, 2550 INDUSTRIAL BLVD Laval H7S 2G7
You perform and coordinate studies and analyses of projects related to ventilation, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration of the City’s buildings. Additionally, in the context of certain works, you are responsible for sealing the plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
You collaborate in the implementation and execution of works carried out by contract, management, and administration. To this end, you coordinate and ensure the technical and administrative link between the project owner and the Service management. You provide applicants with all relevant information regarding your area of expertise.
- Education acquired through a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
- Have six (6) years of experience in asset maintenance projects;
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
- Possess an ASP card;
- Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
