Vehicle Layout Technician

SCHEDULE: 33.00 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to THURSDAY - 08:15 to 17:30 - A
WORK MODE: In-person
WORK LOCATION: Within the territory of Laval
Perform various technical tasks involving the layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of communication, emergency, and other specialized equipment for police use.
Identify and resolve issues specific to different types of vehicles and equipment to achieve standardization.
- Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in the field of electronics, electromechanics, or automotive electricity, or any other related field;
- Have twelve (12) months of relevant experience in the role, including the layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of specialized emergency equipment for various types of emergency vehicles or relevant experience in a related field;
- Hold a valid class 5 driver's license (class 4A is an asset)
