Performs various technical tasks related to the analysis, processing, and follow-up of files from the lawyers and notaries of the Legal Affairs Service of the City of Laval and related to the application of laws and regulations.
Conducts research, analysis, participates in the processing of various files from the lawyers and notaries of the City of Laval, and collaborates in the drafting and updating of various legal documents.
Participates in defining procedures, ensures their drafting and documentation. Supports the lawyers and notaries of the service, as needed, to respond to questions from employees of various municipal departments, various requests that may arise in the context of commitments to be made during out-of-court interrogations, research for regulatory drafting, and compiling various documents from all municipal services and offices of the City of Laval.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in legal technology;
- Have twenty-four (24) months of experience as described in the summary above.
