You will perform various tasks related to the preparation, verification, presentation, and follow-up of technical and legal documents concerning real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, and leasing) that must be submitted to municipal authorities. You will assist your manager in resolving administrative details and perform all secretarial work for your division.
- Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in secretarial work;
- Have 18 months of experience related to the real estate field, particularly in property leasing.
