The Innovation and Technology Service is no exception to the ongoing transformation and modernization within the municipality. In Laval, we believe that technological innovation is an essential lever for providing modern, agile, and citizen-centered public services.
To realize this vision, we are looking for a strategic, committed, and caring leader to head our Innovation and Technology Service (ITS).
Reporting to the Deputy General Director of Corporate Partnerships, you are a strategic player in the City’s digital transformation. You oversee all activities of the ITS, orchestrating technologies, talents, security, data, long-term workforce planning, business solutions, and digital projects.
As an inspiring leader, you support municipal services in delivering modern, efficient, and secure services, engaging your teams in the transformation and alignment of their contributions, as well as adapting to the ever-evolving environment.
You are responsible for implementing the organization’s integrated technological vision, a solid partnership approach aligned with the City’s major directions. You supervise structural decisions regarding architecture, security, data, and systems, while ensuring strong governance and rigorous management of technological performance.
