The challenges that await you

Reporting to the division head, you assist the division in the management and administrative support of labor relations files as well as in supporting the analysis and documentation of HR files. You ensure the follow-up of all tools necessary for the proper management of files and provide assistance to the division and various city services on different issues related to labor relations (administration and interpretation of collective agreements, labor laws, etc.).

More specifically, you will collaborate and provide support in various management files:

  • By coordinating the follow-up of disciplinary measures;
  • By coordinating the follow-up of certain delegated files;
  • By assisting the team in the preparation of various files, particularly in labor relations;
  • By organizing and maintaining the filing system;
The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial relations, or human resources or equivalent;
  • Have three (3) years of relevant experience, particularly in labor relations;
  • Be a member of the Order of Human Resources Professionals of Quebec (asset);
  • Have good teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrate good analytical skills, initiative, and rigor;
  • Have a good command of the French language, both oral and written;
  • Master the MS Office suite (advanced Excel).
