The City of Laval is bustling and its territory is under significant development. The Legal Affairs Department proudly handles all legal matters for the City. As a lawyer, you will represent the City before all common and administrative courts and will act, upon request, as legal advisor to the City’s services.
As part of this mandate, you will be called to act on criminal cases under Part 27 of the Criminal Code, as well as on penal, statutory, and regulatory matters, including:
