SALARY:   Class 7 - $64,160.31 to $98,708.16

SCHEDULE:    DAY; 40 hours from MONDAY to FRIDAY - 08:00 to 17:00 

WORKING MODE:   Hybrid  

WORK LOCATION:   IT Administration Systems and Technologies, 3 PLACE LAVAL Laval H7N 1A2 

The challenges that await you
  • Perform various administrative and logistical tasks related to IT asset management and ensure the tracking of software and license inventories as well as the optimization of their use and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Conduct various analysis and review work related to the management of the IT park.
  • Make recommendations regarding inventory, preparation, and updating of location plans for all IT equipment.
  • Ensure the preparation and follow-up of acquisition quotes for the City’s IT equipment and act as the responsible party for the IT asset lifecycle.
The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) in computer science or administration;
  • Have 1.5 years of relevant experience for the position, as described in the summary above.
