The challenges that await you
Here are the various roles offered as a level 2 supervising monitor at the Nature Center and Bernard-Landry Park.
- Welcome and information: You welcome citizens, inform them about ongoing activities, and direct them to the right people according to their needs.
- Maintenance of the premises: You clean and maintain the facilities as well as the sanitary installations, while keeping the inventory of equipment up to date.
- Monitoring and communication: You complete the required reports and inform your supervisor of any anomalies or special situations.
- Supervision and security: You ensure that everything is going well on site, that municipal regulations are respected, and you intervene in case of an incident. You must also contact the police if necessary (vandalism, theft, etc.).
The ideal profile for us
- Have your secondary 5 (DES)
- Have a valid class 5 driver's license
- First aid training recognized by the CLSDS Service
- Asset: have knowledge of the outdoor field acquired either through experience or specialized training
- Asset: experience in customer service recognized by the Culture, Sports and Social Development Service
