The challenges that await you

You will be responsible for activities related to financial resources and will ensure the link with the corporate departments responsible for these activities. You will advise management on strategic directions regarding your area of expertise. In this capacity, you will participate in establishing the orientations, objectives, and programs of your department concerning your area of expertise and in developing the annual objectives of your group, based on the major orientations of the department. You will take measures to optimize the performance of the various activities of your work team.

You will coordinate activities related to:

  • the development, monitoring, and control of the annual operating budget and the department's ITI;
  • the optimization of internal processes for transactions, service delivery, operational structure, and performance indicators;
  • the management tools for performance and budget monitoring;
  • the financial aspect of maintenance and repairs of specialized equipment;

As a member of the Service management team, you will collaborate for its smooth operation and contribute to achieving its objectives. You will participate in assessing the needs for human, material, and financial resources required for the smooth running of the activities for which you are responsible and will manage the budgets allocated to you. You will submit detailed reports and may be called upon to make presentations regarding the activities for which you are responsible.

Results-oriented, you will guide, direct, and supervise team members in carrying out their respective mandates, determine priorities, define objectives, and communicate your expectations. You will evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and promote staff development by recommending their training.

The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to the nature of the position;
  • Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience;
  • Be a member of the CPA Order, an asset.
