WORK LOCATION: 2455, boul. Curé-Labelle

The challenges that await you

Performs various technical tasks related to schedule management and call lists, staffing assignments, reconciling attendance records with hours worked, controlling hour banks, calculating and disbursing payable amounts, as well as producing and disseminating reports and statistics related to his/her area of expertise. Identifies issues and makes recommendations to his/her supervisor to resolve them. Informs internal clients and external partners of the procedures and standards to be followed, and conducts information workshops.

Participates in planning the execution of work related to his/her area of expertise and contributes to continuous improvement projects and IT development.

The ideal profile for us
  • Hold an AEC diploma in human resources;
  • Have one (1) year of relevant work experience for the position, as described in the summary above;
  • Have experience in customer service;
  • Be motivated by work diversity, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and the opportunity to contribute to teamwork;
  • Have an interest in data entry;
  • Be available to work overtime (a few days a year during holidays);

  • Proficiency in written French;

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software;

  • Knowledge of scheduling and payroll management software (Kronos, an asset);

  • Knowledge in the application of collective agreement rules.
