WORK LOCATION: Community Center Laval-Ouest (6600) CLSDS, 6600 29E AV A/S RECREATION COMMUNITY LIFE, COMMUNITY CENTER LAVAL-OUEST (4) LAVAL H7R 3M3
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you ensure the smooth running of the center's activities and the maintenance of the premises. You welcome citizens and users, ensure compliance with regulations and schedules, prepare the rooms, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and the good condition of equipment to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all.
- Ensures the smooth running of the center's activities and the maintenance of the premises;
- Welcomes citizens and users and informs them about the activity schedule;
- Prepares the rooms for meetings, arranges tables and chairs according to received instructions;
- Keeps the inventory of the community center's equipment up to date;
- Ensures compliance with usage schedules;
- Ensures compliance with municipal regulations;
- Controls, checks, installs, and returns, when required, the equipment before and after each activity;
- Cleans the community center premises and maintains clean floors as well as windows, furniture, etc.;
- Ensures that maintenance and hygiene supplies are in sufficient quantities (soap, paper towels, etc...);
- Maintains access and emergency exits;
- Ensures that the various required reports are completed;
- Puts out the trash on collection day;
- Submits a report to the immediate supervisor regarding any anomalies observed;
- Provides first aid and executes received directives in case of serious injuries;
- Calls the police in cases of vandalism, theft, and incidents that justify it.

- First aid training recognized by the Service of Culture, Recreation, Sports, and Social Development
- Completed secondary V
- One (1) year of relevant experience
