WORK LOCATION: Operational Management of Buildings, Parks, and Public Spaces, 1489 CUNARD STREET DOOR 1, GROUND FLOOR A/S OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF BUILDINGS, PARKS, AND PUBLIC SPACES (2) LAVAL H7S 2H8
You will perform various technical tasks involving the calibration, maintenance, repair, and design of building control equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing microprocessors.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in industrial electronics technology;
- Have thirty (30) months of relevant experience in the role, as described in the summary above;
- Possess a Health and Safety on Construction Sites (SST) card;
- Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) or HVAC is an asset;
- Knowledge in programming Delta and Reliable products is an asset;
- Knowledge in instrumentation and control related to GPD is an asset;
- Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
