Under the authority of your immediate supervisor, you are responsible for the planning, analysis, improvement, and monitoring of the operational systems of the department. You recommend measures to improve and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the information systems for which you are responsible.
In this capacity, you ensure the implementation of management tools and operational modes to meet the needs of the department. You participate in the planning, organization, and monitoring of human, material, and financial resources allocated to the activities entrusted to you and report to your supervisor on the achievement of the objectives set for your area of expertise.
More specifically, you:
- Identify and analyze the business needs of various users so that the management systems and requested developments align with operational guidelines;
- Collaborate in establishing, revising, and maintaining operational processes according to established standards, and ensure that management systems adequately meet identified needs;
- Extract and analyze data from systems to produce recommendations aimed at optimizing management systems and operational activities;
- Coordinate and guide the actions to be taken and validate the results of multidisciplinary teams to meet the objectives set by the projects or programs under your responsibility;
- Monitor the progress of the projects under your responsibility and validate the deliverables related to your area of expertise that impact operations.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in administration with a concentration in business technologies, software engineering, computer science, or any other relevant bachelor's degree for the position;
- Have eight (8) years of relevant experience, particularly in:

- Deployment of technological tools in large enterprises;
- Management of external firms in a technological tool development framework;
- Business analysis and diagnosis of digital needs;
- Strong experience in IT project management in an Agile environment;
- Knowledge of municipal project management in a civil engineering context is an asset.
