Yard, Parts and Service Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Yard, Parts and Service Manager.
This is a key operational role responsible for managing the yard, parts inventory, and service coordination to ensure equipment availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where autonomy, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Yard and Warehouse Management

Operate a forklift and/or loader to load and unload parts and equipment

Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Clean, prepare, and maintain equipment
Parts and Inventory Management

Receive, ship, and inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance

Organize, label, and optimize parts storage areas

Maintain accurate inventory records for parts, supplies, and equipment

Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to prevent shortages

Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures
Service Coordination and Operations

Work closely with other departments to identify parts requirements and ensure on-time delivery

Plan and coordinate work orders

Perform light mechanical work to prepare units for demonstrations or rentals

Manage warranty claims

Follow up on customer orders and, over time, sell replacement parts directly to customers
Candidate Profile

Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Comfortable in a hands-on, operational environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, mechanical or service roles (an asset)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Forklift certification (an asset or training provided)
