Position Overview
We are seeking a Municipal Account Manager with a strong interest in heavy equipment and relationship-driven sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting municipal accounts, representing well-established and innovative brands in specialized municipal equipment.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands municipal realities and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of municipal clients

Promote and sell equipment from Greentech, Shearex, Energreen, and Raymo
-
Understand the technical and operational needs of municipalities

Prepare quotes, tenders, RFP responses, and commercial proposals

Ensure strong after-sales follow-up and maintain high customer satisfaction

Work closely with technical and service teams

Conduct client visits and equipment demonstrations

Participate in trade shows, industry events, and municipal meetings
Candidate Profile

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment or municipal equipment

Solid understanding of the municipal sector (major asset)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong autonomy, organization, and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Valid driverâs license
-
Bilingual (French / English) â an asset depending on territory
