Your role as Team Leader

Plan, organize, and supervise the work on the construction site
Work with the team to project execution
Read and interpret landscaping plans
Assign tasks and coordinate workers
Supervise excavation and landscaping work
Install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, sod, plantings, and drainage systems
Operate machinery (mini-excavator, loader, etc.)
Drive a 6-wheel truck with a trailer
Ensure quality of work
Maintain a positive work environment within the team
Maintain equipment and vehicles

What we are looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in landscaping
Experience as a team leader or natural leadership
Class 5 driver's license Valid
Ability to read plans
Good physical condition
Sense of responsibility and autonomy
Good leadership and team spirit
DEP in landscaping (an asset)

Start date

2026 Season – starting in April

Drummondville and surrounding area

Job type: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract duration: 8 months
