Job Description
All candidates must be able to work full-time and provide an Internship Agreement Internship start: January 2027 Length: 6 months Number of roles to fill: 2 internships Internship location: 151-151b, rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France You will join La Caisse’s pan-European real estate investment team. You will take part in the analysis, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions as well as disposals, in collaboration with the financial, legal, tax, and technical teams.What you will do
Conduct preliminary investment analyses: location, accessibility, asset quality, investment thesis, etc.;
Build investment cash flow models (real estate and private equity/corporate);
Prepare memos for the team’s investment committees;
Participate in coordinating external advisors (brokers, lawyers, banks, notaries, etc.) assisting with acquisitions and disposals;
Collaborate on other tasks related to the activity such as the budgeting process, reviewing market values of portfolio assets, and quality control.

What you bring
Currently pursuing a degree in business school, engineering, or any other relevant field (midway or final year);
Demonstrated interest in finance, investment funds, and international commercial real estate, ideally with experience in one of these areas;
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and document databases;
Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of German is an asset.
