Accounting Clerk
Main Responsibilities
- Record, track, and pay supplier invoices
- Prepare, send, and follow up on customer invoices
- Prepare monthly statements of account
- Track employee hours (worked, sick leave, accrued time, vacation, etc.)
- Prepare employee payroll
- Manage the group RRSP program
- Manage the group insurance program
- Manage grants and subsidies
- Prepare government remittances (A/P, payroll deductions, GST/HST/QST, etc.)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with year-end file preparation
- Prepare, monitor, and report on budgets and cash flow
- Prepare and update various weekly and monthly reports
- Implement and monitor certain key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform any other related administrative tasks
Education and Experience
- College-level education in administration or accounting
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the accounting module of the JobBOSS ERP system would be a major asset
- Bilingual

Additional Information
