Production Machine Operator

We are looking for a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Coaticook. Cabico is Canada's leading manufacturer of high-end custom cabinetry, and we need people like you.

Your Role

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform basic machine adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect the quality of manufactured parts according to established standards.
• Identify and report any production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and safety.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

More Specifically

• Starting wage: $23.36/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
• 40 hours per week
• Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
