The mandate

As an assistant director of information systems and web technologies at the Information Resources Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that information technologies are efficient in order to support the educational mission to college. Specific responsibilities

Supervise incident management processes, change requests and problems according to best practices for managing the IT services that ITIL relative to information systems and web technologies;

Supervise software development life cycle processes (SLDC) and continue to strengthen the use of the agile method within the team and the organization;
