Electromechanics in the robotics field

Under the supervision of the production and equipment team leader, the electromechanic will have the following main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assemblies for various equipment and projects.
  • Participate in quality control related to production processes.
  • Contribute to the installation of assembled equipment.
  • Represent the production team at daily project meetings.
  • Work closely with project and engineering teams to meet specific needs, particularly during workshop tests.
  • Analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues at each phase of projects.
  • Participate in the disassembly and shipping of equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and tools.
  • Perform other related tasks, such as building support.

Required profile:

  • Training: AEC in electromechanics or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in industrial automation and machine manufacturing
  • Forklift driver's license.
  • Valid driver's license and passport with no travel restrictions.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in French (written and oral).
    • Functional English (interactions with customers in English Canada and the United States).

  • Sense of organization and initiative.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively.
