We’re looking for reliable, skilled, and passionate professionals who want to build a long-term relationship with a family-owned company where quality workmanship and strong human values come first.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Complete installation crew (2 people or more)
✔️ Truck and installation equipment
✔️ Valid RBQ licence (mandatory)
✔️ CCQ card (an asset)
✔️ Experience installing residential doors and windows
✔️ Strong attention to detail and workmanship
✔️ Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Install doors and windows according to company quality standards
• Protect work areas and maintain clean job sites
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines
• Deliver high-quality finishes and excellent customer satisfaction
