Your role:

As a member of a global help desk, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users for software and hardware (requests and incidents). He/she will also be responsible for enforcing the service level agreement while complying with security rules and processes in place.

We need you for:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware incidents and requests sent to the service desk (phone, chat, web portal, etc.);
  • Support users both locally and abroad in a multicultural environment;
  • Set up and assist users with videoconferencing, telecommunications and mobile technology (MS Teams meeting rooms, phones, cell phones, iOS, Android, tablets, etc.);
  • Physically install, move, modify and remove various IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, barcode scanners Intermec/Symbol, etc.);
  • Create, modify and adjust accounts and access security (Windows, Citrix, SharePoint, FTP, etc.);
  • Support a heterogeneous multi-domain environment with both PCs and Macs.

What do you need to possess for being successful:

  • You hold a college or university degree in computer science;
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • You have the ability to remain calm but reactive in case of unexpected situations;
  • You have a good sense of priorities and are focused on continuous improvement;
  • You own strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows 10 and Office 365;
  • You have knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM or SharePoint (assets);
  • You have a natural propensity for cooperation and teamwork;
  • You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
