Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical design, analysis and project management. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development and improvement of complex mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components
- Perform stress and performance analyses to ensure product reliability and durability.
- Collaborate with production, quality and project management teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews and prototype validation tests.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
- Write detailed technical reports and design documents.
- Ensure technological monitoring to propose continuous improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications :
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Member in good standing of the OIQ
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset as you may be required to travel internationally a few times a year.
