Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical design, analysis and project management. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development and improvement of complex mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems and components
Perform stress and performance analyses to ensure product reliability and durability.
Collaborate with production, quality and project management teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Participate in design reviews and prototype validation tests.
Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
Write detailed technical reports and design documents.
Ensure technological monitoring to propose continuous improvements and innovations.

Required Qualifications :

Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Member in good standing of the OIQ
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering,
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset as you may be required to travel internationally a few times a year.
