As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers (+/- 30%0 and developing strong relationships with existing customers (+/- 70%). Your role will be to identify growth opportunities, create effective sales strategies and promote our products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
- Prospect for new potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions adapted to their objectives sales.
- Present and promote services and products in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in professional events and trade shows
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals fixed.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Valid driver's license and car (a car allowance will be provided)
- Bilingualism an asset (French and English speaking clientele)
