We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Quality Insurance Coordinator to join our CLIENT .
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the field of quality management in a manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- ensure that quality standards are met at each stage of the production process.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with standards.
- Develop and update quality-related procedures and documents.
- Collaborate with the production, engineering and logistics departments to resolve problems quality assurance.
- Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Provide training and raise staff awareness of quality standards and best practices.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in French and English, communications will often be with your colleagues outside Quebec.
