We are looking for a dynamic and motivated internal representative to join a growing company
As an internal sales representative you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with your customers . Your role will be to identify growth opportunities, create effective sales strategies and promote products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients (Large Enterprises)
- Understand client needs and propose solutions tailored to their business objectives.
- Present and promote services and products in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate contractual terms and close agreements with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
Requirements :
- Proven experience inside sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in IT tools (office suite, teams, etc.)
- Bilingualism an asset (French and English speaking customers)
