Internal Representative

Our client is one of the main players in the industrial sector in Quebec

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated internal representative to join a growing company

As an internal sales representative you will be responsible for  developing strong relationships with your customers . Your role will be to identify growth opportunities, create effective sales strategies and promote products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients (Large Enterprises)
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions tailored to their business objectives.
  • Present and promote services and products in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and close agreements with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience inside sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set objectives.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Results-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (office suite, teams, etc.)
  • Bilingualism an asset (French and English speaking customers)
