🎯 YOUR ROLE: MARKET PIONEER

You will be at the heart of the growth strategy: your primary mission will be to develop new accounts in targeted industrial sectors. You will act as a business partner, adopting a consultative, technical, and value-driven approach.

🧩 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active accounts

  • Target, approach, and convince decision-makers in manufacturing environments

  • Develop development strategies specific to each sector or client type

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales

  • Work with internal teams to adapt solutions to client needs

  • Carry out rigorous sales pipeline monitoring (CRM, reports, forecasts)

  • Actively participate in trade shows, industrial events, and networking activities

  • Proven experience in business development in an industrial or technical environment

  • Driven by results and business challenges

  • Comfortable interacting with technical decision-makers, engineers, and plant managers

  • Strong autonomy, excellent strategic sense, and adaptability

  • Bilingualism (French/English) (essential in certain sectors)
