To support its development, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Director who will participate in and contribute to the organization's growth. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the company's procurement strategy and managing your team (buyer and supplier). In this role, you will: Develop, implement, and evolve the procurement strategy to support the company's growth. Manage the Purchasing team. Ensure the professional development of your employees. - Negotiate agreements with national and international suppliers
- Ensure product availability while optimizing costs and inventory levels
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve processes
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and logistics teams
- Conduct market intelligence and identify new sourcing opportunities
What we are looking for
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Education in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and team management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and best practices in Purchasing Management
- Results-oriented, engaging leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English . Spanish would be a great asset
