Your Main Responsibilities
- Management and Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of professional accountants with kindness and efficiency.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to Optimize processes and performance
- Talent Development: Ensure the ongoing training and professional growth of your team
- Technical Excellence: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure the impeccable quality and compliance of all client files
- Client Relations: Maintain and develop privileged relationships with corporate clients
Your ideal profile
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional accounting services
- Significant experience in team management OR strong potential become
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent command of the Office Suite
- Bilingualism an asset
