Accounting Technician – Accounting Firm

About the Position

Our client, a well-established accounting firm, is seeking an accounting technician to support professionals in managing their various clients' files.
In this role, you will actively participate in bookkeeping, month-end preparation, and tax returns. government.

Your Main Responsibilities

Perform complete bookkeeping for various clients
Prepare year-end financial statements in support of professional accountants
Manage GST/QST/DAS returns
Collaborate in the preparation of month-end reports
Support case managers in Audit and analysis missions
Maintain fluid communication with clients to ensure quality service

Your profile

DEP, DEC, or AEC in accounting
Minimum5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a firm
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, TaxPrep, CaseView, Acomba, etc.)
Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
Rigor, discretion, Autonomy and good team spirit
