Production Manager

The Director is responsible for the overall production of the plant.

They have direct responsibility for safety, quality, service, productivity, and the facility.

They are also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management, and more.

The Director is the primary point of contact between management and their employees.

The Director is responsible for developing the culture of their department and successfully running operations by practicing our client's core values.

The Production Director must be passionate about lean manufacturing.

For this position, we We are looking for a strong candidate with excellent interpersonal skills. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Monitor manufacturing operations. Manage quality, productivity, and maintenance expectations. Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate employee training, development, and career advancement. Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance. Maintain appropriate communication with other plants based in Canada and the US. Bilingual. Excellent leadership skills. Computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Communicating at different levels within the organization
