Job Description

We are looking for a versatile laborer to support our production team in the assembly, manufacturing, and preparation of solar and energy storage systems. You will be trained on-site to work with components such as solar panels, batteries, inverters, and control boxes.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanical assembly of components (portable solar systems, enclosures, power stations, etc.)

  • Assist with wiring and component integration (training provided)

  • Participation in the manufacturing of housings and mechanical structures

  • Organization, storage, and maintenance of the production workshop

  • Support to technicians in the preparation of special projects (containers, mobile systems, etc.)

  • Strict adherence Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Required Profile

  • Workshop, assembly, or manufacturing experience (an asset)

  • Interest in renewable energy and manual labor

  • Ability to work physically (lift up to 22 kg)

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and autonomy

  • Forklift license (an asset – training available if necessary)
