Position Overview

We’re looking for a handyman / general assembler to help with the fabrication and assembly of our renewable energy systems.
You’ll be working on mechanical assembly, product preparation, and component mounting for various projects such as energy modules, power cabinets, and custom enclosures.

No solar experience required — we’ll train you on-site.
If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work every day, you’ll love this role.

Main Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of components and enclosures (drilling, screwing, cutting, fitting, etc.)
Prepare and assemble modules and energy systems according to production guidelines
Measure, cut, and organize materials and parts for assembly
Mount and secure components inside structures and cabinets
Inspect and verify product quality before shipment
Maintain and organize the workshop, tools, and equipment
Collaborate with the production team on various projects and improvements

Profile & Skills

Hands-on, versatile, and detail-oriented individual
Enjoys building, assembling, and creating tangible results
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (drill, saw, screwdriver, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Physically fit and able to lift up to 22 kg (50 lbs)
Experience in workshop, manufacturing, metal work, mechanics, or carpentry — an asset
Forklift license or warehouse experience — a plus (training available)
