Exciting news! We have a great opportunity for you! Our facility in Hadashville is looking for a Team leader – Plant.If you have strong leadership skills and enjoy taking on responsibility, you could be the perfect fit to supervise our production activities and ensure plant safety.
OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:
• Supervises work in the plant including effective machine operations;
• Supervises employees and advises management on employee performance;
• Assists with employee training;
• Keeps team members apprised of key information;
• Ensures production and shift schedules are followed; and
• Works rotating day and night shift schedules.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
• You are an experienced team lead with demonstrated leadership skills;
• You value teamwork and have a strong sense of responsibility;
• You are organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
• You have good computer skills (Windows environment and the Office suite); and
• 2 years experience with product loading and storage is an asset.
