Sustainability Student/Internship
We're seeking an analytical and detail-oriented intern to support the work of our sustainability department during summer. This role involves close collaboration with internal actors and external sustainability consultants and offers hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and environmental impact assessment. You will work across multiple departments including peat extraction, mix preparation, transport and logistics, and procurement.


JOB SUMMARY:
• Create Excel models to track and analyse environmental metrics;
• Present findings to various stakeholders;
• Recommend potential improvements to reduce environmental impact;
• Any other related tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Studies, or related field. However, students studying other subjects who have a demonstrable interest in sustainability will also be considered;
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively in professional French and English (for regular collaboration with European consultants);
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling;
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently;
• Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental impact assessment.

CONSIDERED ASSETS :
• Previous coursework or experience in life cycle analysis;
• Knowledge of environmental management systems;
• Experience with data visualization tools;
• Understanding of industrial processes and supply chain operations.
