Yard Foreman
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Yard Foreman at our Baie-Sainte-Anne facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily yard operations, including the storage, loading, and unloading of goods. You will lead a team, ensure adherence to safety standards, and support operational excellence. Your organizational skills and leadership will be key to maintaining an efficient and secure work environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Oversee and coordinate loading and unloading activities to maximize efficiency and quality;
• Manage the organization and turnover of inventory in the yard;
• Perform product inspections and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments;
• Supervise yard staff and provide ongoing training, guidance, and support;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times;
• Allocate daily workloads and monitor performance to ensure operational goals are met;
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loading, storage, or related logistics/yard operations;
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an operational environment;
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

WORKING CONDITIONS :
• Full-time, permanent position;
• 40 hours per week;
• Day, evening, and night shift rotation may be required;
• On-site role at our Baie-Sainte-Anne facility.
